How to Edit a Lock User from the User Management Screen in Axessor Apexx Software?
To edit an existing Lock User, follow these steps:
From the main menu, click User Management > Lock Users.
On the Lock Users screen, locate the Lock User you want to edit, then either double-click the user’s name or click the corresponding Edit (pencil) button.
Edit the Active and Duress status by clicking the respective buttons to toggle between Active/Inactive and Duress On/Off.
To edit the Lock User’s Given Name, Surname, Contact Number, Lock User ID, or Email Address, click the corresponding text box and update the information.
To assign a Lock System Group and Role, use the respective drop-down menus and select the appropriate options. For more information, refer to Lock Groups and Roles.
Use the slider next to Can Skip Time Delay to enable or disable this feature:
Disabled: Slider is grey and positioned to the left
Enabled: Slider is blue and positioned to the right
To change the User's access rights, you can remove the User from a Lock Access Group by clicking on the associated trashcan icon , or click the icon, then choose one of the following options:

"Add Access Group"
You will be presented with a list of all Lock Access Groups in your Region. Click the slider icon next to each Lock Access Group name to select it. Lock Access Groups that are not selected will have grey slider icons next to their respective names . To select a Lock Access Group, click the associated slider icon to move the slider to the right so that it turns blue .
Click the "Add" button when you are finished to assign the user to the selected Lock Access Group(s).
"Create New Lock Access Group"
You will be presented with a text field in which you can enter a new Lock Access Group Name.
Once you've entered a name, click the "Save" button to create the new Lock Access Group. See Lock Access Groups for more details on how to configure the new Lock Access Group.
You can generate a new User PIN by clicking the "Generate New PIN" button, then do the following: a. Click the "Yes" button to confirm that you want to generate a new PIN.
b. A pop-up window will open containing the new User PIN. You can click the "Copy" button to copy this new PIN assignment info to the clipboard, so that this information can be stored in a secure place by the system administrator.
c. Click the "OK" button to close the pop-up window
After making changes to a Lock User, click the Save button to store the changes.
