Answer User Management menu contains tools allowing authorized users the ability to add, edit, or delete Users using the Apexx Series software. Two user categories exist in an Apexx Series Software system: Software Users and Lock Users. "Software Users" refers to users who are authorized to run the Apexx Series Software and use the software tools to perform management and administrative tasks. "Lock Users" refers to users who will be utilizing Lock Systems (consisting of Keypads, Locks, etc.), and will have unique credentials and roles assigned to them with permissions that dictate their system access. The "Role Management" screen allows you to create Roles, which are used to configure the administrative and read/write privileges for Software Users within Apexx Series Software. Once a Role has been defined, it can be assigned to one or more Software Users. The "Lock Access Groups" screen allows you to create specialized "Lock Access Groups" that can be used to group users together and define the Lock Systems they have access to as well as the locks within those systems that they have access to.
