How to create a new Region in Axessor Apexx Software?

To create a new Region, do the following:

1. From the Region Management screen, click the Add icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. A Window will open that allows you to edit the following fields:
   • Name - The name used to identify the Region in the software. To Name the new Region, simply type a new name in the text-box provided.
   • Parent - You can create a sub-Region of an existing Region by selecting a Parent. This allows for the sharing of things such as Lock Systems and Holidays between a Parent Region and its sub-Regions. To select a Parent Region, click the arrow to open the drop-down menu, then choose one of the available Regions from the list.
   • PIN Length - The PIN (Personal Identification Number) length that will be used to grant access throughout the system. To choose a PIN length, click the arrow to open the drop-down menu, then choose one of the available options. (Note: If you choose a Parent, the Region you create will inherit the PIN Length from the Parent)
3. Click the Save button to create the new Region.
