How to search/filter the Working Region list in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

There are three useful tool icons located at the top of the list of Working Regions that allow you to modify how the data in the list is presented:

Sort Category - click the Sort Category icon to select the category by which the data contained in the table can be sorted/ordered. 

Change Order - once a Sort Category has been selected, click the blue Change Order icon to rank the devices in ascending or descending order based on the chosen Sort Category. 

Filter - when you click the Filter icon , the screen expands to reveal a "Name" text field and "PIN Length" drop down field. You can use one or both of these to filter the data in the Region list. Click the Filter icon again to close the filter.

• Name - use this text field to enter a Region name, or a partial name ("Building 1", or just "Building", "1", "B", etc.)
• PIN Length - click the drop-down menu to select from 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 digits.
• "Apply" button - click this button to apply your filter criteria (Name and/or PIN Length) to the list of Regions
• "Reset" button - click this button to clear your filter criteria (Name and/or PIN Length)

NOTE: closing the filter does not clear the filter, so if you have filtered the results, you will have to Reset the filter to see the full list of Regions
