How do you edit a scheduled report in Axessor Apexx Software?
To edit a scheduled report, follow these steps:
From the main menu, click Reports, then select Scheduled Reports.
From the Scheduled Reports screen, locate the scheduled report you want to edit and either double-click its name or click the corresponding Edit (pencil) button.
Use the following tools to customize your report schedule:
Recipients: Click the text box and enter a valid email address. This is where the scheduled reports will be sent.
Send the Report Every: Enter a number to set the report frequency. This value works together with the frequency period to create the report schedule.
Frequency Period: Click the drop-down menu and select one of the available options (Days, Weeks, or Months).
Starting On: Click the calendar icon , then use the interactive calendar to select the start date for the report schedule.
Report Format: Select either PDF (Portable Document Format) or CSV (Comma-Separated Values).
Activate or deactivate your report schedule by clicking the Active/Inactive button at the top of the screen. Clicking the button will toggle the state from Active to Inactive (or Inactive to Active). When the button is green , the automated reports will be sent to the chosen recipients as scheduled. When the button is red , the automated reports will not be sent to the recipients.
After making changes to a Scheduled Report, click the Save button to store the changes.
