How to use the System Log Report Filter in Axessor Apexx Software?

When you click the Filter icon , the screen expands to reveal a series of text fields and drop-down fields. You can use one or multiple of these fields to filter the System Log data. Click the Filter icon again to close the filter.

• Start Date - Select the starting point of the time period for which you wish to view System Log events. Set the date using one of the following methods:
  • Click the Calendar symbol to open the interactive calendar. Use the arrows to navigate to the appropriate month, then click the calendar to select a specific day for both your "From" and "To" dates.
  • Click the "From" text field, then type a start date (format is Month/Day/Year), then click the "To" text field and type an end date.
• End Date - Select the end point of the time period for which you wish to view System Log events. Set the date using one of the following methods:
  • Click the Calendar symbol to open the interactive calendar. Use the arrows to navigate to the appropriate month, then click the calendar to select a specific day for both your "From" and "To" dates.
  • Click the "From" text field, then type a start date (format is Month/Day/Year), then click the "To" text field and type an end date.
• Region - use this text field to enter a Region name, or a partial name ("Downtown", or just "Down", "D", etc.)
• Updated By - use this text field to enter a software username, or a partial name ("Johnny", or just "John", "J", etc.)
• Action - use the drop-down menu and select from one of the available Action categories (All, None, Created, Updated, Deleted)
• Type - use the drop-down menu and select from one of the available System Log Types
• Max Displayed Entries - use the drop-down menu and select the maximum number of entries you want displayed on the System Log Report screen
• "Apply" button - click this button to apply your filter criteria
• "Reset" button - click this button to clear your filter criteria

NOTE: closing the filter does not clear the filter, so if you have filtered the results, you will have to clear the filter to see the full list of Audits
