How to use the System Log Report Filter in Axessor Apexx Software?

Resolution

Click the Filter icon to expand the screen. Text fields and drop-down menus appear. Use one or more fields to filter System Log data. Click the Filter icon again to close.

Filter Options

• Start Date – Select the start of the time period:
  • Click the calendar icon, use the arrows to navigate months, and click the calendar to select the day.
  • Or, type the start date in the "From" field (MM/DD/YYYY) and end date in the "To" field.
• End Date – Select the end of the time period:
  • Click the calendar icon and navigate as above to select the day.
  • Or, type the start and end dates manually in the "From" and "To" fields.
• Region – Enter a Region name or partial name (e.g., "Downtown", "Down", "D").
• Updated By – Enter a software username or partial name (e.g., "Johnny", "John", "J").
• Action – Select an action category from the drop-down (All, None, Created, Updated, Deleted).
• Type – Select a System Log Type from the drop-down menu.
• Max Displayed Entries – Choose the maximum number of entries to display on the report screen.
• Apply button – Click to apply your filter criteria.
• Reset button – Click to clear your filter criteria.

NOTE: Closing the filter does not clear it. To view all Audit entries, manually clear the filter using the Reset button.
