Answer When you click the Filter icon , the screen expands to reveal a series of text fields and drop-down fields. You can use one or multiple of these fields to filter the Lock User data you see on screen. Click the Filter icon again to close the filter. - First Name - use this text field to enter a User's first name, or a partial name ("Johnathan", or just "John", "J", etc.)
- Last Name - use this text field to enter a User's second name, or a partial name ("Williams", or just "Will", "W", etc.)
- Status - use the drop-down menu and select a User Status. Choose from All, Active, or Inactive.
- Lock Access Group - use this text field to enter a Lock Access Group name, or a partial name ("Employee Group 1", or just "Employee", "E", "1", "Group", etc.)
- Lock System - use this text field to enter a Lock System name, or a partial name ("Main Bank 1", or just "Main", "1", "M", "Bank", etc.)
- "Apply" button - click this button to apply your filter criteria
- "Reset" button - click this button to clear your filter criteria
NOTE: closing the filter does not clear the filter, so if you have filtered the results, you will have to clear the filter to see the full list of Audits |
