How to use the Apexx Report Viewer in Axessor Apexx Software?

After you run a report, the Apexx Report Viewer opens automatically.

Apexx Report Viewer’s basic tools:

Page/Document Navigation Tools:

• First Page – The symbol navigates to the beginning of the document.
• Previous Page – The symbol navigates to the page immediately before the one you are currently viewing.
• Current Page – displays the current page number. Click the text field and enter a page number to navigate directly to that page.
• Next Page – The symbol navigates to the page immediately after the one you are currently viewing.
• Last Page – The symbol navigates to the end of the document.

Report Viewing & Output Option

• Page Setup – Click the button to configure paper size, paper source, page orientation (Portrait or Landscape), and margins.
• Switch View – Click the button to switch between Print Preview and Interactive View.
• Print Report – Click the button to configure and print the report, including printer selection, page range, and number of copies.
• Export – Click the button to select an export format from the drop-down menu. Available formats include:
  • Acrobat (PDF) file
  • CSV (comma delimited)
  • Excel Worksheet
  • PowerPoint Presentation
  • Rich Text Format
  • TIFF File
  • Word Document
• Search in Report Contents – Click the button to search text within the report. A pop-up window opens where you can enter search terms. You can refine results using: Match case, Match whole word, and/or Use regular expressions.
• Zoom – Use the arrows and slider in the bottom-right corner of the report window to zoom in or out. Click the left arrow or drag the slider left to zoom out. Click the right arrow or drag the slider right to zoom in.
