How to use the Audits filter to customize the Audits list (USB Communication) in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

The list of Audits can be filtered to customize which Audits appear in the Audits list. The filter settings also determine which Audits appear when you generate an Audit Report.

When you click the Filter icon , the screen expands to reveal a series of text fields and drop-down fields. You can use one or multiple of these fields to filter the Audit data you see on screen. Click the Filter icon again to close the filter.

1. Sequence - use this text field to enter the numeric sequence corresponding to the Audit you wish to view (1 being the first Audit event in the sequence of Audits you downloaded from your Lock System)
2. Device - use this text field to enter a Device name, or a partial name ("Lock1", or just "Lock", "1", "L", etc.)
3. Device Number - type the device number in the text field provided
4. Event - click the checkbox so that a blue check-mark appears next to one or more Event Type that you wish to be included.
5. Primary User# - use this text field to Enter a User ID number. NOTE: This field only applies to certain Audit types, such as "Bolt Open".
6. Secondary User# - use this text field to Enter a User ID number. NOTE: This field only applies to certain Audit types, such as "Bolt Open" when Dual Mode is being used in a Lock System.
7. Date Range - set a start and end date by clicking the corresponding calendar icon then use the interactive calendar to select a date. Use the arrows to navigate to the appropriate month, then click the calendar to select a specific day for both your "Start" and "End" dates.

NOTE: closing the filter does not clear the filter, so if you have filtered the results, you will have to clear the filter to see the full list of Audits. To do this, click the "Reset" button.
