How to use the Audits filter to customize the Audits list (USB Communication) in Axessor Apexx Software?

Use the filter to customize which Audits appear in the list. Filter settings also control which Audits appear in generated Audit Reports.

Click the Filter icon to expand the screen. Text fields and drop-down menus appear. Use one or more fields to filter the Audit data. Click the Filter icon again to close it.

Filter Options

• Sequence - enter the numeric sequence of the Audit to view. Example: "1" for the first Audit event downloaded from the Lock System.
• Device - enter a full or partial Device name. Examples: "Lock1", "Lock", "1", or "L".
• Device Number - enter the device number in the text field.
• Event - click the checkbox to add a blue check-mark next to one or more Event Types to include in the filter.
• Primary User# - enter a User ID. Applies only to certain Audit types, such as "Bolt Open".
• Secondary User# - enter a User ID. Applies only to certain Audit types, such as "Bolt Open" when Dual Mode is used.
• Date Range - set a start and end date using the calendar icon . Use the arrows to navigate months, then select a day for both "Start" and "End" dates.

NOTE: Closing the filter does not clear it. To see the full Audit list, click the "Reset" button.
