How to Edit a Custom User Role (USB Communication) in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

To edit a User Role, follow these steps:

1. From the Roles screen, click the name of the User Role you want to edit.

2. To rename the User Role, click the Name text box and enter a new name.

3. To change the User Role type (used for your custom user’s default permissions), use the drop-down menu to select a new role.

4. To modify permissions, click the sliders next to the permission types you want to enable or disable:

   • A light grey slider positioned to the left indicates the permission is disabled.

   • A bright blue slider positioned to the right indicates the permission is enabled.

5. Click Save to apply and store all changes.
