To create a new Lock User for a USB-connected lock system, follow these steps:

1. From the Users screen, click the Add icon located at the bottom of the screen.

2. Use the provided drop-down menus to set the following user fields:

   • Role – Choose from Administrator, Manager, User, or one of the user-created custom roles.

   • Group – Select a Lock Group from the available user-created options.

   • Lock User ID – Select a Lock User ID number to assign to the user (1–10).

3. Set the Lock User’s Individual Permissions by clicking the sliders to enable or disable the available permissions. A permission is enabled when the slider is blue and positioned to the right .

4. Assign locks to the Lock User by clicking the sliders to enable or disable access to each corresponding lock. A lock is assigned when the slider is blue and positioned to the right .

5. Click Save to store the changes.

6. A pop-up window will appear confirming that the user has been assigned a PIN. Click the Copy button to copy the PIN assignment information to the clipboard so it can be stored securely by the system administrator.

7. Click OK to close the pop-up window.
