How to Create a Timeblock in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

When creating a new Schedule, you are presented with an interactive calendar to which you can create Schedule Timeblocks of varying duration. The calendar allows for the creation of timeblocks anywhere in the 24-hour time frame for each of the seven weekdays. Systems that use Schedules use timeblocks to define when access is allowed.

Note: Schedules can contain a maximum of 35 user created timeblocks.

Creating a Timeblock

Creating time blocks can be done by either of the following methods:

•  click-and-drag: click anywhere on the interactive calendar to quickly create a single 10-minute time block or click and drag anywhere on the calendar to create a time block of any length.
  
  Note: When using the click-drag approach, the timeblocks created consist of 10-minute chunks that start and end at :00, :10, :20, :30, :40, or :50. If you want to create timeblocks that start or end at any other time, or are not set up in 10-minute chunks, double-click the calendar to open the Schedule Details window.
• double-click: create a timeblock by clicking anywhere on the interactive calendar, then double-click the newly created Time Block to open the Schedule Details window.
