The System Configuration screen contains the basic settings for your Lock system.
FieldDescription
Support ContactEnter any relevant support contact names or information.
Time ZoneSelect a Time Zone for your system from the drop-down menu.
Time Format

Choose 

  • "12 Hour" (HH:MM AM/PM) 
  • "24 Hour" (HH:MM).
Date Format

Select format: 

  • MM/DD/YYYY
  • DD/MM/YYYY
  • YYYY/MM/DD.
PIN LengthSelect a PIN length for the lock system (6–12 digits).
During Bolt Open

Define keypad behavior when bolt is open:

  • "No Action"
  • "Beep Only"
  • "Notify Only" 
  • "Beep + Notify"
During Door Open

Define keypad behavior when door is open: 

  • "No Action"
  • "Beep Only"
  • "Notify Only" 
  • "Beep + Notify"
During Confirmation Window

Define keypad behavior during Confirmation Window: 

  • "No Action"
  • "Beep Only"
  • "Notify Only" 
  • "Beep + Notify"
During Time Delay

Define keypad behavior during Time Delay:

  • "No Action"
  • "Beep Only"
  • "Notify Only" 
  • "Beep + Notify"
Buzzer VolumeSet feedback volume (0 = off, 5 = loudest).
Display BrightnessSet screen brightness (1 = dimmest, 5 = brightest).
Keypad BrightnessSet key illumination brightness (0 = off, 5 = brightest).
CountdownControls time delay/time lock display: "Disabled," "Down" (counts down), "Up" (counts up).
Confirmation WindowSet duration for credential entry after a time delay (1 min – 4 hr 15 min).
Immediate Time Lock MaxDefine maximum value for Immediate Time Lock (days, hours, minutes).
Lag TimeFor Sequential Open, set time between primary and secondary lock opening (minutes, seconds).
DST ObservedEnable/disable Daylight Savings Time. Blue slider = enabled Slide Button On.
Sequential OpenEnable multiple locks to open sequentially. Blue slider = enabled Slide Button On.
Duress EnabledEnable/disable Duress. Blue slider = enabled Slide Button On.

After making changes, click Save button to save settings.
