How to apply Custom User Roles to a system in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

To apply Custom User Roles to a system, do the following:

1. From the main menu, click the Locks icon , then select Lock Systems.

2. After clicking Lock Systems, you will be taken to the Lock System Search screen. To edit a Lock System, double-click the name of the Lock System you want to edit, or click the Edit (pencil) icon.

3. Click Assignments to view the list of all User Roles assigned to the system.

4. Under Roles, assign user-defined (custom) roles by using the drop-down menus to select them from the list.

5. Repeat Step 4 for all Custom User Roles you want to apply to the system.

6. Click the Save button to save all changes.

Note: The first three roles, Administrator, Manager, and User are system defaults and cannot be removed or modified.
