How to Create Custom User Roles in Axessor Apexx Software?

Apexx Series Software allows the user to create custom User Roles that can then be applied to system Users. To create a custom User Role, do the following:

Note: The permission "Replace Keypad" is not available for Users of the "User" Role type.

1.  From the Roles screen, click the Add button located in the bottom right corner.
2. A list will appear containing the three default User Role types. Click the User Role type you want to use as the basis for the new custom User Role.
3. Click the Name text box and type a name for the new User Role.
4. Under Permissions, click the sliders to enable/disable the Permissions you want to apply to the new User Roled
   
   •  A light grey slider to the left indicates that this permission is disabled.
   • A bright blue slider to the right indicates that this permission is enabled.
5. Click the Save button to create the new User Role.
