How to View the Permissions of Default User Roles in Axessor Apexx Software

How to view the details regarding the permissions granted to the default User Role types in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

To view the details regarding the permissions granted to the three default User Role types (Administrator, Manager, User), do the following:

1. On the Roles screen, click the View Button (the eye) next to either the Administrator, Manager, or User Role types.
2. On the screen that opens, you will see the list of default permissions for the User Role you selected. You can tell which of the permissions apply to each User Role type by observing the direction of the slider next to it.
   • A dark grey slider to the left indicates that this permission is disabled and cannot be changed/enabled for this User Role type.
   • A dark grey slider to the right indicates that this permission is enabled and cannot be changed/disabled for this User Role type.
