How to Select a Region in Axessor Apexx Software?

Description

Regions in Axessor Apexx Software are used to organize lock systems and devices. Selecting a Region allows you to view, manage, or add devices within the appropriate organizational hierarchy.

Resolution

To select a Region, complete the following steps:

1. Click the arrow icon located in the upper-left corner of the screen to open the Regions list.
2. Double-click the desired Region to select it. 
   If no Regions exist, refer to Region Management to create one before proceeding.
3. If required, return to the Add Devices page using the side menu by selecting Locks > Add Devices. 
   Note: This step is not required when using USB connectivity.
