How to Get Started with Add Devices in Axessor Apexx Software?

Please observe the following prior to commissioning a new device:

• Ensure that all system components (Keypad, locks, eBox, etc.) are powered and connected on the CAN bus prior to beginning the Commissioning process.
• Before connecting your lock system to the computer/software, commission your lock system and connect all of its components as outlined in the Axessor Apexx Installation Guide.
• Ensure that the proper date and time are set on your keypad.
• Note: During the process of eBox commissioning to the Software, it is the user’s responsibility to make sure that the network used for the first contact between eBox and Software is secure.
