How to Update the Keypad, Lock, and eBox firmware in Axessor Apexx Software from the lock details screen?

Answer

Keypad, Lock, and eBox firmware can be updated using the "Update Firmware" button, found on the Lock Systems details screen. 

To perform a Firmware update, do the following:

1. From the main menu, click Locks > Lock Systems
2.  From the Lock System Search screen, locate the name of the Lock System whose device firmware you want to update, and click the Edit button (pencil).
3. Click the "Update Firmware" icon, located at the top right of the screen
4. In the Firmware Update window, use the drop-down menu to select your Connection type (Network, or USB).
5. In the Firmware Update window, use the drop-down menu to select your "Firmware File" (the .zip folder containing the firmware files). If your firmware file does not appear in the list, navigate to the Firmware Management screen to manage your firmware files.
6. Click the "Update Firmware" button. The Firmware Update process will begin and will conclude after several seconds (the time will vary depending on the size of your lock system).
