How to use Audits Filter (Viewing Audits) in Axessor Apexx Software?

You can filter the Audits list to control which Audit events appear on screen. These filter settings also determine which Audits appear when you generate an Audit Report.

Click the Filter icon to expand the filter panel. The panel displays multiple text fields and drop-down options. Use one or more fields to refine the Audit data shown. Click the Filter icon again to collapse the filter panel.

Filter Options

• Sequence – Enter the numeric sequence of the Audit you want to view. Sequence 1 represents the first Audit event downloaded from the Lock System.
• Device – Enter a full or partial device name. Examples include Lock1, Lock, 1, or L.
• Device Number – *coming soon*
• Event – Select one or more Event Types by clicking the corresponding checkbox. A blue checkmark appears next to each selected event.
• Primary User # – Enter a User ID number. 
  Note: This field applies only to certain Audit types, such as Bolt Open.
• Secondary User # – Enter a User ID number. 
  Note: This field applies only to specific Audit types, such as Bolt Open, when Dual Mode is enabled on the Lock System.
• Date Range: 
  1. Define a start and end date by clicking the calendar icon . 
  2. Use the interactive calendar to select dates. 
  3. Navigate between months using the arrow controls
  4. Select the appropriate day for both the Start and End dates.

Note: Closing the filter panel does not clear the applied filters. To display the full list of Audits again, click the Reset button.
