What does the Audit Screen include in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

The Audits screen allows you to retrieve Audits from your devices via a USB or Network connection, which you can view and save/backup to your computer for storage purposes. To access system Audits, do the following:

1. From the main menu, click Locks > Lock Systems
2. From the Lock System Search screen, locate the name of the Lock System you want to audit, and click the Edit button (pencil).
3. Click "Audits" to open the Audits screen. 
4. Click the "Download Audits" button
5. In the Audits window, use the following tools to specify how you'd like to retrieve the audits:
   
   • Connection Type - use this drop-down menu to select your connection type (USB or Network).
   • Audit Table - use this drop-down menu to select an Audit Table (Main or Firmware)
   • All Audits/Number of Audits - when the All Audits slider is blue and to the right , all of the audits will retrieved from the Lock System. Alternatively, you can click the slider icon so that it moves to the left and turns grey . A text box will appear that will allow you to enter the number of audits to retrieve from the system (most recent).
   • Devices to Audit - contains a list of all locks in the system. Use the sliders next to each of the respective lock names to select which locks to audit. To audit one or more locks, click the slider next to each lock you want to audit so that the slider moves to the right and turns blue .
6. Ensure your lock system is connected to your computer (via USB or Network), then click the "Get Audits" button.

NOTE: if retrieving audits via USB, ensure that the USB connection from the Keypad is enabled using "PC Connect" from the Keypad menu.
