What does Assignments Screen include in Axessor Apexx Software?

The Assignments page allows you to take the Lock Groups, Roles (Lock User), Schedules, and Holidays that you've created using Apexx Series Software and apply them to your Lock System.

Simply use the drop-down lists under each respective heading to apply the chosen Lock Groups, Roles, Schedules, and Holidays to your Lock System.

Configurable Input Options

• Lock Groups - a system can have up to 10 Lock Groups. See Lock Groups for more information.
• Roles - a system can have up to 10 different Lock User Roles. This includes the 3 default roles (Administrator, Manager, User) and up to 7 custom user roles. See Roles for more information.
• Schedules - a system can have up to 5 schedules. See Schedule Management for more information.
  • When you select a Schedule from the drop-down list, a window will open allowing you to assign the chosen Schedule to one or more locks. Click the slider next to the lock(s) you wish to enable so that the slider moves to the right and turns blue , then click the Apply button.
• Holidays - a system can have up to 25 Holidays. See Holiday Management for more information.
