How to Search or Filter the Lock Systems List in Axessor Apexx Software?

Three tools located at the top of the Lock Systems list allow you to sort and filter the displayed data

Useful tools

Sort Category : Click the Sort Category icon to choose the field by which Lock Systems are sorted.

Change Order : After selecting a sort category, click the Change Order icon to switch between ascending or descending order.

Filter : Click the Filter icon to expand the filter panel. You may use one or multiple fields to refine the Lock Systems list. Click the icon again to collapse the filter panel.
 

Filter options

• Name : Enter a full or partial Lock System name.
• Time Zone : Select a Time Zone from the drop-down list.
• Support Contact : Enter a full or partial contact name.
• Confirmation Window – Select Hours and Minutes.
• Immediate Time Lock Max : Select Days, Hours, and Minutes.
• Lag Time : Select Minutes and Seconds.
• Daylight Savings : Choose Any, Observed, or Not Observed.
• Duress : Choose Any, Enabled, or Disabled.
• Include regions above : Toggle on to include parent regions.
• Include regions below : Toggle on to include child or sub-regions.
• Apply : Applies the selected filter criteria.
• Reset: Clears all filter criteria.

Note: Closing the filter panel does not clear applied filters. To return to the full Lock Systems list, click Reset.
