How to search or Filter the Lock Systems list in Axessor Apexx Software?

There are three useful tool icons located at the top of the list of Lock Systems that allow you to modify how the data in the list is presented:

Sort Category - click the Sort Category icon to select the category by which the data contained in the table can be sorted/ordered.
Change Order - once a Sort Category has been selected, click the blue Change Order icon to rank the Lock Systems in ascending or descending order based on the chosen Sort Category.
Filter - when you click the Filter icon , the screen expands to reveal a series of text fields and drop-down fields. You can use one or multiple of these fields to filter the data in the Lock Systems list. Click the Filter icon again to close the filter.

• Name - use this text field to enter a Lock System name, or a partial name ("Building 1", or just "Building", "1", "B", etc.)
• Time Zone - use the drop-down menu and select from the list of Time Zones.
• Support Contact - use this text field to enter a Support Contact name, or a partial name
• Confirmation Window - use the drop-down menu and select values for Hours and Minutes
• Immediate Time Lock Max - use the drop-down menu and select values for Days, Hours, and Minutes
• Lag Time - use the drop-down menu and select values for Minutes and Seconds
• Daylight Savings - use the drop-down menu and select from Any, Observed, and Not Observed
• Duress - use the drop-down menu and select from Any, Enabled, or Disabled
• " Include regions above" - Click the slider icon to show Lock Systems that belong to any parent regions. When enabled, the slider will be blue and to the right .
• "S Include regions below" - Click the slider icon to show Lock Systems that belong to any child/sub-regions. When enabled, the slider will be blue and to the right .
• "Apply" button - click this button to apply your filter criteria to the list of Lock Systems
• "Reset" button - click this button to clear your filter criteria

NOTE: closing the filter does not clear the filter, so if you have filtered the results, you will have to Reset the filter to see the full list of Lock Systems
