How to register your licenses by phone in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

To register your licenses by phone, open Apexx Series Software and do the following:

Note: Before beginning this process, please ensure that the licenses that you wish to register have been saved in the system

1. From the main menu, click "Registration".
2. On the Registration screen, click the "Generate Machine Code" button.
3. Click "Yes" in the popup window to allow the software to generate the machine code. The machine code will appear next to the "Generate Machine Code" button on the Registration screen.
4. Call the dormakaba registration phone number (888-950-4715). The dormakaba customer service representative will supply you with License Activation codes needed to complete your product registration.
5. Return to the Registration page in Apexx Series Software and click the "Licenses" heading.
6. In the table on the left side of the screen, click the license type that you have, or click the "Add" icon to add a new license type.
7. With the license type highlighted (text should appear Blue) Under "Details", enter the License Serial Number and the corresponding Activation Code, then click the "Save" button to register.
8. If you are using an eBox License, use the "Region" drop-down menu and select the region that the eBox license(s) will be applied to.
9. Repeat steps 6 to 8 for all other licenses you want to register.

Once registered, you will have full access to Apexx Series Software's features.
