What information can be viewed when "eBox Connection Status" is selected in the Lock Systems section in Axessor Apexx Software

Resolution

Selecting "eBox Connection Status" displays all Lock Systems in the Working Region and shows the eBox status for each system.

• eBox status categories:
  • Online
  • Offline
  • Unknown
• You can sort data by clicking on any chart heading:
  • Click once to sort in ascending/alphabetical order (up arrow )
  • Click again to sort in descending/reverse-alphabetical order (down arrow )
• To view and configure lock system details, click the eye icon under the "Action" heading
