Resolution

Selecting "Firmware Levels" in the Dashboard provides a detailed view of device firmware across all devices in your Working Region.

• Use the tabs at the top of the screen to view firmware levels for a specific device type:
  • Lock
  • Keypad
  • eBox
• Graphs display:
  • Application firmware in Blue
  • Bootloader firmware in Green
• You can sort data by clicking on any chart heading:
  • Click once to sort in ascending/alphabetical order (up arrow
  • Click again to sort in descending/reverse-alphabetical order (down arrow
• To view and configure lock system details, click the eye icon under the "Action" heading
