How to view, search and Filter Firmware Management in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

• Device firmware is packaged in .zip folders. 
  Each folder contains firmware files for:
  • Keypads
  • Locks
  • eBoxes
• Use the Firmware Management screen to view and manage the contents of these .zip folders.
• Click a .zip folder name to expand it and display its firmware files in the Firmware list.

Useful Tools

• Sort Category
  Click the Sort Category icon to select the column used to sort the firmware list.

• Change Order

  After selecting a Sort Category, click the Change Order icon to sort results:

  • Ascending
  • Descending

• Filter

  Click the Filter icon to expand the filter panel.

  • Use one or more fields to filter the Firmware Management list.
  • Click the Filter icon again to close the filter panel.

Filter Options

• Name – Enter a full or partial name of the firmware folder.
• Version – Enter a full or partial firmware version number.
• Device Type – Select a device type from the drop-down list:
  • Keypad
  • Lock
  • eBox
• Firmware Type – Select a firmware type:
  • Boot Loader
  • Application
  • Cryptographic Key
  • Certificate
  • Data

Note: Closing the filter does not clear it. To display the full list of firmware files, click Reset.
