In Axessor Apexx Software, Audit Event Alerts allow administrators to monitor and receive notifications for specific system events. You can unassign an Audit Event from an Alert if it is no longer required or should not trigger notifications.

Resolution

To unassign an Audit Event from a specific Audit Event Alert, follow these steps:

1. From the main menu, navigate to Application Settings > Audit Event Settings.
2. On the Audit Event Settings Search screen, locate the Audit Event Alert to edit:
   • Double-click the Alert name, or
   • Click the Edit (pencil) button.
3. Under Audit Events in the Recipient list, find the Audit Event to remove and click the Delete button.
4. Confirm the removal by clicking Yes in the confirmation popup window.
