How to Enable/Disable an Audit Event Alert in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

To enable or disable an audit event alert, follow these steps:

1. From the main menu, click Application Settings, then select Audit Event Settings.

2. From the Audit Event Settings Search screen, locate the audit event alert you want to modify and either double-click its name or click the corresponding Edit (pencil) button.

3. In the details screen, locate the Enable/Disable slider and click it to set the alert to the desired state.

   • A light grey slider positioned to the left indicates the audit event alert is disabled and email notifications will not be sent.

   • A bright blue slider positioned to the right indicates the audit event alert is enabled and email notifications will be sent.

4. Click Save to store the changes.
