How to Search/Filter the Audit Event Settings Search Screen in Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

There are three useful tool icons located at the top of the list of Audit Event Alerts that allow you to modify how the data in the list is presented:

Sort Category - click the Sort Category icon to select the category by which the data contained in the table can be sorted/ordered.

Change Order - once a Sort Category has been selected, click the blue Change Order icon to rank the Audit Event Alerts in ascending or descending order based on the chosen Sort Category.
Filter - when you click the Filter icon , the screen expands to reveal a series of text fields and drop-down fields. You can use one or multiple of these fields to filter the data in the Audit Event Alert list. Click the Filter icon again to close the filter.

• Name - use this text field to enter an Audit Event Alert name, or a partial name ("Alert 1", or just "Alert", "1", "A", etc.)

NOTE: closing the filter does not clear the filter, so if you have filtered the results, you will have to Reset the filter to see the full list of Audit Event Alerts

In addition to these tools, the status of each Audit Event Alert is indicated by a large Enabled/Disabled icon. = Enabled (email alerts WILL be sent), = Disabled (email alerts will NOT be sent)
