Description

The Audit Event Settings screen in Axessor Apexx Software includes built-in sorting and filtering tools that help administrators quickly locate and manage Audit Event Alerts. These tools allow you to organize alerts by category, change their display order, and filter results using specific criteria.

Resolution

Three tools located at the top of the Audit Event Alerts list allow you to control how the data is displayed.

Useful tools

Sort Category: Click the Sort Category icon to select the field by which Audit Event Alerts are sorted.

Change Order : After selecting a Sort Category, click the Change Order icon to switch between ascending or descending order.

Filter : Click the Filter icon to expand the filter panel. You may use one or more fields to refine the list of Audit Event Alerts. Click the icon again to collapse the filter panel.
 

Filter options:

• Name: Enter a full or partial Audit Event Alert name (for example, “Alert 1”, “Alert”, “1”, or “A”).

Note: Closing the filter panel does not clear applied filters. To return to the full list of Audit Event Alerts, click Reset.

Each Audit Event Alert displays its current status using a large status icon:

• Enabled : Email alerts will be sent.
• Disabled: Email alerts will not be sent.
