Description

In Axessor Apexx Systems, the Primary Administrator and Tenant Administrators are used to manage access to locks and assign permissions. These roles are configured directly at the keypad and do not interact with the software.

Resolution

Follow these steps to set up the Primary Administrator and Tenant Administrators:

Note: Management of these administrators is only available at the keypad.

• Primary Administrator: Assigned ID “000”. 
  PIN cannot be reset if lost or forgotten.
• Tenant Administrators: Assigned IDs “001-005”. 
  PINs can only be reset by the Primary Administrator if lost or forgotten.
  1. For new Apexx Systems, start at Step 2. For existing systems, enter your administrator ID and PIN to access the Advanced Menu on the keypad.
  2. Select “Add Primary Admin” and follow the prompts.
  3. Select “Manage Tenant Admin” and follow prompts to assign lock access and bank mode.
